Artificial Intelligence (AI) Jr.

Recommended age: 6 - 8

In this Artificial Intelligence Jr. course, students will learn about the basics of AI and machine learning (ML) through fun and engaging projects. Students will learn how to use AI models to classify images and sounds.

Example projects include building ML models that can identify:

if the animal is a cat or a dog
if a fruit is ripe (or too ripe)
if the sound is a snap, clap or whistle
if someone is wearing a mask or not

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, students will have built mulitple ML models that identify many real world objeccts and sounds with high accuracy. Students will also learn about the importance of data and how to collect data to train their ML models, and from there, expand their skills to train different types of models to solve different problems.
