What ages are your courses and camps for?
Course age groups: 6-8, and 9+.
Camp age groups: 6-9, and 9-12.
Contents of our courses and camps are specifically designed to target the developmental milestones appropriate for the age groups with the right balance of fun and challenges!
What are the class sizes?
We guarantee a ratio of 1 instructor to 5 students. If there are more than 5 students, we bring in another instructor. We want to ensure that each student receives the attention that they deserve and can work at their own pace without feeling lost.
Who are your instructors?

Are there any prerequisites or experience required?
No experience is required to join our beginner/level 1 courses, as long as the student is within the age range. There are prerequisites starting from our level 2 courses, but an assessment can be completed to skip levels.
Will my child share equipment with another student?
Nope. Every student will get their own dedicated robot/laptop/iPad to use in class.
Why are some of your classes 1.5 hours vs. 1 hour?
We found that 1 hour is not enough time for students to finish longer, more complex projects. Don't worry, we are good at keeping students engaged throughout. The added benefit is that parents have enough time to run errands.
Is there homework?
We typically don’t assign homework for courses in the 4-8 age range. For 9+ courses, if we do assign homework, they will typically take less than 1 hour to complete. Students are always encouraged, and some students are intrinsically motivated, to add to their projects at home, even if it's not assigned as homework.

How long has Kidzwhiz been around?
